| In the afternoon of March 31,2009, One Foundation released its commemorative stamp in Shanghai with the help of our family members. One Foundation Founder Mr. Jet Li and project managers from Touchmedia, Daphne and Pepsi attended the launching ceremony. This set of stamps symbolizes One Foundation’s ideal and efforts in environmental protection, education, medical care, poverty alleviation as well as disaster relief. The foundation hopes the stamps may become a small platform for family members and unit their love and care.
Multiple Cooperation
The set of stamps, with One Foundation’s ideals, attracted the attention and participation of many caring companies. Touchmedia undertake the planning, publishing, sales and even promotion of the stamp, in an effort to better spread the foundation’s ideals. IGPC is responsible for production and publication while Daphne assigns over 2000 of its outlets nationwide as the exclusive store for the set of stamps. Revenue generated from selling the set, which is a 100,000 copies limited edition, will be donated to One Foundation for philanthropic works. Apart from that, Daphne has promised to donate 1 RMB to the foundation with each set of stamps sold.

Small but Significant
The set includes six stamps, symbolizing One Foundation’s birth, and five pillars of its focus: Environment, Education, Health, Poverty and Disaster Relief. Mr. Jet Li says that those five areas are posing serious challenges for all humanity. No matter how advanced an individual or a nation is, it can not fully cater needs from those areas. As long as every one contribute a small bit, and continue the everyday effort, we can be prepared whenever the need arises. Only by doing so, our world can become better and better.
When talking about One Foundation’s development, Jet Li says that One Foundation has been learning and exploring, not only in the field of charity, but also in the bigger scope of philanthropy. That is, focusing on the interest of the public, businesses and the society as a whole.
